Fred is a top professional. He was quick to respond to my phone call for information regarding duct cleaning. He first sent a detailed written message regarding the service and the estimated cost. On the day of the scheduled service, Fred and Troy arrived on time. First Fred inspected the system to see if it was necessary to clean the ductwork. I called Fred two days before Christmas to clean my dryer vents and air ducts. They were filled with lint and we couldn't use our dryer.
